Completos

Everyone has raved about these Chilean hot dogs called "completos." They're hot dogs with a bunch of stuff on top like guacomole, tomatoes, mayo, etc. I tried my first one and was NOT impressed. OK, let's not mince words: I didn't like it. The only reason I ate it was because I paid for it...and I was hungry. But then I found out that I need to go to this one specific place for really good completos. That would have been nice to know beforehand!
