This is Abby (left) and Holli (right). Although we didn't know each other before coming here, we all go to BYU-Idaho! We went exploring today and found the castle that seems to be the poster child for Viña. At first we just walked around the grounds but then we went in and found out we could walk around inside for free!
El Castillo de Wulff. It's actually not very old (built in 1905, haha the same year as Gresham High School). It was built for and by a German guy.
There was this little walkway connecting one part of the castle to the other and you walked over windows in the floor. It was kinda scary but WAY cool! I mean, it felt like you were standing on top of the ocean!!

I love that you guys are going exploring, so fun! And Abby and Holli look like way nice, cute girls. I'm so glad. You guys are only speaking Spanish to each other right? :?)
ReplyDeleteHaha, well...no. But Abby is determined and we all agreed that starting Monday we would have a Spanish only policy. I really want to but we'll se how it works out :)
